The Mack Henry Brown Remembrance Coalition will hold a rededication ceremony.
Join members, friends, and supporters of the Equal Justice Initiative, in remembering Mack Henry Brown at the historical marker erected in his memory in 2019 at Roswell’s Riverside Park. The marker opens dialogue about the legacy of lynching in an effort to bring truth telling, healing, and reconciliation to our community. The Mack Henry Brown Remembrance Coalition invites everyone to a brief rededication ceremony followed by open discussion about documented history of racial terror violence. Join us for a moment of reflection and remembrance at the site of this crime nearly 90 years later.

The marker is located in Riverside Park near the Vickery Creek pedestrian bridge.
